LOTHAR bei der Arbeit. Der grösste Teil der TT-Cabs werden mit Schwalbenschwanzverbindungen hergestellt, welche eine Verbindungstechnik von höchster Qualität ist. LOTHAR mach nichts anderes als diese Verbindungen zu fräsen und zwar ganz genau mit einer Abweichung von klein 1/10 mm. Nur so kann beste Stabilität und Qualität gewährleistet werden.

LOTHAR at work: Most TT-Cabs are build with dovetail joints, which produces a joint of extreme strength and durability. LOTHAR does nothing other than to route these joints, and it does so precisely, with a tolerance of 1/10 mm. Only in this way can the highest stability and quality be guaranteed.

Nicht mehr wegzudenken in der Produktion ist die CNC-Fräse, die für die Fertigung von Kleinstteilen bis zu grossen Schallwänden und Formteilen eingesetzt wird.

Hardly imagine production without the CNC which is used for the production many wooden parts like back panels or baffles.
   

Und hier ein paar Rohboxen und Gehäuse nach der Fertigstellung, dem Zusammenbau und dem Rohschlieff. Diese warten nun auf ihre entgültige Bestimmung.
